1. Crossbeam: The crossbeam adopts a widened structure and a square tube welded structure, which has the characteristics of good rigidity, high precision, light weight and small inertia. 2. Longitudinal and horizontal drive: both use rack and pinion (7-level precision) transmission. The horizontal guide rail adopts the linear guide rail imported from Baodao, and the longitudinal guide rail is made of steel rails. The cutting machine runs smoothly, has high precision, has a long service life, and is clean and beautiful; the speed reduction adopts the planetary gear reducer imported from Germany;
3. Longitudinal drive frame (end frame): Both ends are equipped with horizontal guide wheels, which can adjust the pressing degree of the eccentric wheel at the bottom of the drive frame to the guide rail, so that the whole machine maintains stable guidance during movement;
4. Selected products for the drive system-Japan's Panasonic servo drive system or Germany's Begela stepping drive technology, which makes the whole machine run smoothly, with a wide range of speed changes and short acceleration time;
5. The simple and easy-to-use automatic programming system makes CNC programming uncomplicated and easy;
6. The CNC control system adopts the CNC cutting machine control system of the Sino-US joint venture Beijing Star, and cooperates with PLC for input and output control, so that the electrical system has excellent stability and anti-interference.
